Processing Your Order TRACKING CODES are sent out after the code becomes active. Please expect a tracking code via email 3-5 days after placing your order. Your order will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days (please note our warehouses are closed on the weekends) of placing the order if no issues with payment confirmation. Between November 01 through January 31, processing orders may take up to 120 hours to leave our warehouse due to heavy holiday ordering volume. It is strongly suggested when shopping via the Internet during this time to never place your orders early since the shipping companies also may be running behind due to the volume of packages being delivered during the holidays. If you need your order shipped urgently, we will expedite your order processing to within 24 hours for an extra $15 express processing fee plus the usual shipping charges. Any returns, refusals, wrong shipping addresses and or canceled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs are non refundable. Damaged Merchandise Damaged shipments from transit handling must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with the shipping carrier. If any packages/cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill or refuse shipment as damaged and contact us ASAP. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, please keep all the packing and call the carrier to return/refuse and request an inspect of the damage and file a claim. Returning Merchandise If there is a request to return an item it must be done within 7 days of receipt of item and within the Terms and Conditions Agreement or subject to store credit being issued only less fees. Extraordinary delivery requirements will necessitate additional fees which are the customers full responsibility as we charge the exact total shipping fee.
