The manufacture "Tops Popcorn Company" guarantees this product to be of first-class quality and provides a lifetime warranty against any defects in material and workmanship. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by abnormal or unreasonable use (including repairs or alterations other than by our Authorized Service Center using OEM parts). In addition to incidental or consequential damages. The lifetime limited warranty does not apply to the kettle and or any electrical components of the popcorn machine. Anything not covered under the lifetime limited warranty are covered under a 30 day warranty from date of purchased. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and is in place of all other warranties.
WARRANTY REPAIRS
If your Tops Popcorn Machine has a manufacturer's defect covered by our warranty, we will either repair or replace it, at our option, without charge or refund. Please contact us so we can provide you with an address to ship your unit to or an address which we can ship a replace part to. Include buyers name, address, phone number and e-mail address when contacting us. You must contact us for return authorization. Note that repair costs and handling charges may apply if issue was found to be the fault of the end user. If so, you will be notified prior to any service or replacement parts are sent out.
